Denji, the Chainsaw Devil hybrid working for Public Safety's Special Division 4, meets a girl named Reze at a café during a rainstorm and starts falling for her. Reze turns out to be the Bomb Devil — a Soviet-engineered hybrid sent to steal his heart, literally. As she attacks, the Typhoon Devil joins the assault, and Denji's partner Beam fights alongside him to survive the night.
