Fourteen-year-old Tomoya Mizuhara gains a new stepsister when his father remarries: seventeen-year-old Ichika, who promptly falls head over heels for him and smothers him with affection. Each short episode follows Ichika's relentless, over-the-top attempts to dote on a flustered Tomoya at home. The anime runs in roughly three-minute installments.
