Ash Ketchum, Misty, and Brock arrive in the canal city of Alto Mare, watched over by the guardian Pokémon Latias and Latios. When the thieves Annie and Oakley scheme to seize the siblings and the Soul Dew that powers the city's defenses, Latias—disguised as a local girl named Bianca—turns to Ash for help. This is the fifth Pokémon feature film.
