This second and final season picks up after Yuta Takemoto returns from the journey across Japan that closed the first season. Back among his art-college friends, Takemoto and Shinobu Morita are still drawn to the gifted, fragile artist Hagumi Hanamoto, while Takumi Mayama keeps working alongside the widowed architect Rika Harada as Ayumi Yamada holds on to her feelings for him. The group edges toward the choices that will carry each of them past student life.
