Synopsis
This OVA, included with the home release of Boruto: Naruto the Movie, follows the morning of Naruto Uzumaki's inauguration as Hokage. With Naruto oversleeping and Hinata off to fetch his ceremonial cloak, young Boruto and Himawari are left to get him moving — until a fight over a stuffed panda ends with Himawari accidentally awakening her Byakugan. The mishap leaves Konoha scrambling to keep the ceremony on track.
