Online gamer Kon Hokaze accepts a request from a female character mid-game and is yanked, swivel chair and all, into the fantasy world of Mira, landing on top of an enemy commander. The crash rescues Princess Ecarlate of St. Piria, who is fleeing a military faction trying to derail her arranged marriage. Kon falls in with Ecarlate's escort, the swordsman Sainglain and the combat maid Mariandale, on a raucous comedy adventure through a world that plays out like the games he loves.
