Lonely high schooler Satomi Amano lives with her mother Mitsuko, a top A.I. researcher at the Hoshima corporation. When a cheerful, oddly behaved transfer student named Shion Ashimori arrives in Satomi's class and fixates on making her happy, Satomi realizes Shion is an A.I. in an android body, secretly enrolled to test whether she can pass as human for a week. This musical film follows Satomi and her classmates as they try to keep Shion's identity hidden.
