Synopsis
In 1966, on the eve of the Vietnam War buildup, a sword-wielding girl named Saya hunts bat-like creatures called Chiropterans for a shadowy group of handlers. Sent to the American Yokota Air Base outside Tokyo, she poses as a student at the adjacent high school to track Chiropterans hiding among the people there. As a Halloween party approaches, Saya draws the school nurse, Makiho Amano, into the danger when two classmates reveal what they really are. This standalone theatrical short runs about 45 minutes.
