Years before they are summoned to the Digital World, siblings Taichi and Hikari Kamiya watch a strange egg hatch from their family computer in the Highton View Terrace district of Tokyo. The creature digivolves through Botamon and Koromon into the dinosaur-like Greymon, just as a second monster, Parrotmon, descends on the city. This short film stages the rooftop clash that the Digimon Adventure television series later treats as the children's first encounter with Digimon.
