The Severing Crime Edge

Kiri Haimura is an ordinary-seeming boy with one fixation: cutting hair. He meets Iwai Mushanokoji, a girl whose cursed hair grows without end and cannot be cut, until Kiri's inherited scissors, the Severing Crime Edge, prove able to sever it. The blade is a Killing Good, an heirloom tool once owned by a notorious murderer, and Iwai's hair makes her the target of a secret killing game. As other Killing Good owners close in, Kiri sets out to protect her.
