Synopsis
In a vast, ever-growing megastructure where automated systems have run wild and hunt surviving humans as illegal intruders, a wanderer named Killy searches for a person carrying the Net Terminal Gene, the one thing that could restore control over the city. He crosses paths with a small village of Electro-Fishers hemmed in by the lethal Safeguard drones, and with Cibo, a revived scientist from before the collapse. This film adapts Tsutomu Nihei's manga.
