Synopsis
On the world of Septpia, beings called Foreigners cross over from the realm of Tetra-Heaven, and an agency known as ALCA fields Logicalists who covenant with them to fight back. Yoshichika Tsurugi, a former Logicalist who lost his Logic, is drawn back in when he meets the goddess Athena during a Foreigner attack and forms a covenant with her. Paired again with a partner, he rejoins ALCA as new incursions press on the city he had stepped away from.
