Nonoka Komiya returns to Lake Kiriya City, the town where she grew up, to find a vast saucer hovering silently over the lake. There she reunites with Noel, a blue-haired girl who says she can grant wishes, and reconnects with the childhood friends she once made a wish alongside. As Nonoka settles back in, the meaning of the saucer overhead and the promise tied to it begin to surface.
