Synopsis
Two interstellar powers, the Galactic Empire and the Free Planets Alliance, have fought a war that spans generations. Reinhard von Lohengramm, an ambitious young admiral of the Empire, rises through its ranks alongside his closest friend Siegfried Kircheis, while across the front the Alliance fields Yang Wen-li, a reluctant strategist who would rather study history than wage battle. This first season of the Die Neue These remake follows their early campaigns and the first time their fleets meet. It adapts the opening of the original novels with new animation.
