焼きたて!! ジャぱん

Kazuma Azuma sets out to invent Ja-pan, an original national bread for Japan to stand beside France's and Germany's famous loaves. Born with unusually warm "Hands of the Sun" that speed up fermentation, he heads to Tokyo to earn a spot at the elite Pantasia bakery chain. There he trains beside fellow rookie Kyousuke Kawachi and bakes against gifted rivals in tournaments where every loaf is scored by judges whose reactions run as far over the top as the recipes.
