Synopsis
Ever since she was a child, Kasumi Toyama has chased the heart-pounding 'Star Beat' she once felt looking up at the stars. When she stumbles on a star-shaped guitar in a run-down pawnshop, that thrill returns, and she sets out to start an all-girl band. Kasumi gathers Saya, Arisa, Rimi, and Tae to form Poppin'Party, and the group works toward its first real performance together.
