planetarian ～ちいさなほしのゆめ～

Yumemi Hoshino, a companion robot, still runs her greeting routine at a planetarium inside a sealed-off Sarcophagus City, thirty years after her last customer. A Junker, one of the scavengers stripping the ruins of an Earth emptied by a failed colonization effort and unending toxic rain, walks in after salvage and is received as a guest. Unaware of how much time has passed, Yumemi asks him to help repair the broken star projector so she can run the show. This is an ONA series.
