Syaoran and his companions arrive in a ruined, acid-rain-soaked Tokyo while searching across worlds for the scattered feathers that hold Princess Sakura's memories, only to run into Kamui and his group amid the wreckage. This three-episode OVA adapts the manga's Tokyo arc, which the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle television series never reached, and picks up straight from where that series left off.
