Synopsis
Ragna the Bloodedge, an SS-class rebel carrying the highest bounty ever recorded, arrives in the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi, drawing a crowd of fighters out to claim the reward. Among them is Noel Vermillion, a young officer of the Novus Orbis Librarium sent into the same city. As Ragna wields the cursed Azure Grimoire on his arm, the gathered combatants collide over a plot tied to the resurrection of the Black Beast. This adapts the BlazBlue fighting-game storyline.
