Synopsis
Ten years after the events of the original series, soccer in Japan is policed by an organization called Fifth Sector, which decides match results in advance under its self-styled "Holy Emperor" Ishido Shuuji. First-year Tenma Matsukaze, a relentless dribbler who simply loves the game, earns a place on the Raimon team only to discover how tightly it is controlled. With former hero Mamoru Endou now coaching Raimon, Tenma sets out to win back the freedom to play.
