In an alternate Edo period ruled by the Tokugawa shogunate, a woman's breast size decides her wealth and standing, and the ruling Manyū clan guards a secret scroll said to hold techniques for enlarging them. Chifusa Manyū, the clan's chosen heir and possessor of a power that lets her absorb other women's breasts, steals the scroll and flees with her loyal attendant Kaede, pursued by clan enforcers including her own sister Kagefusa.
