Synopsis
In the neon sprawl of Shinjuku's Kabukicho district, hospital doctor John H. Watson goes looking for help with a strange case and stumbles into the Pipe Cat, an underground bar where Mrs. Hudson's tenement detectives take jobs. Among them is the rakugo-obsessed eccentric Sherlock Holmes, who deduces cases by performing them aloud. When a killer styling himself Jack the Ripper begins carving through the district, Watson is pulled into Sherlock's investigation alongside the other tenants of the building.
