Synopsis
Akira Natsume dies in a 2014 traffic accident, and sixteen years later his consciousness resurfaces inside Ex-Arm 00, a weaponized device recovered by Tokyo police. Officer Minami Uezono and her android partner Alma take him into the force's Ex-Arm countermeasures unit, where Akira learns to interface with bodies and exosuits despite his lost memories. Together they hunt criminals wielding other neural-linked Ex-Arms across the city.
