In a future Tokyo, people who awaken strange abilities are branded Attractors and hunted by the cyborg-fielding organization Custos. A youth named Quon leads a resistance that shelters them, hiding the most vulnerable in a refuge called Fantasium Garden while he fights to bring more Attractors in. This first of six theatrical chapters opens the conflict between Quon's Attractors and Custos's pursuit.
