Synopsis
When the young dragon Chloe visits Japan to reunite with Kanna, Tohru appoints herself tour guide and lays out an ambitious sightseeing plan for the guest. Over two days, Kobayashi and the dragons lead Chloe through Akihabara's arcades, gachapon machines and street food before settling into the everyday rhythms of Kanna and Riko's neighborhood. This OVA special accompanies the second TV season rather than continuing its story, closing on a rooftop fireworks night at Kobayashi's apartment.
