Chloe, the young dragon Kanna befriended in New York, comes to Japan for a visit, and Tohru answers Kobayashi's call for hospitality with an ambitious sightseeing plan. Over two days, Kobayashi and the dragons lead Chloe through Akihabara's arcades, gachapon machines and street food before settling into the everyday rhythms of Kanna and Riko's neighborhood. This OVA special accompanies the second TV season rather than continuing its story, closing on a rooftop fireworks night at Kobayashi's apartment.
