Synopsis
Bem, Bela, and Belo are youkai-human hybrids who hide their monstrous forms and move through the divided Libra City, a metropolis split between the privileged Upper Town and the corrupt, crime-ridden Outside. The three protect ordinary people from the monsters preying on them, hoping that enough good deeds will one day let them become fully human. Detective Sonia Summers, recently transferred to the Outside, crosses paths with them as the killings she investigates lead back to the creatures hunting the city. This series is a modern reboot of the Youkai Ningen Bem franchise.
