A caller tells Conan Edogawa that explosives have been bought in Shinichi Kudo's name, then offers him a game: riddles that point to bombs hidden across Beika City, each one on a timer. Conan works the clues with Kogoro Mouri's agency and the police while Ran Mouri waits on the birthday date Shinichi promised her. This is the first theatrical film in the Detective Conan series.
