Synopsis
After a band of thirteen heroes storms his territory, the Beast King Clevatess retaliates by annihilating their kingdom — then takes in the orphaned infant princess they left behind. He resurrects one of the fallen heroes, Alicia Glenfall, and binds her as the child's nursemaid so he can observe humanity up close. Alicia, who spent her life dreaming of heroism, now serves the monster she swore to destroy while raising the baby of the king who sent her to die.
