Synopsis
In the wind-powered Fuuto City, private detective Shotaro Hidari runs the Narumi Detective Agency with his partner Philip, the last survivor of the Sonozaki family and the only person who can search the all-knowing Gaia Library. Together they transform into the hero Kamen Rider W to stop Dopants, criminals who gain monstrous powers from devices called Gaia Memories. When an amnesiac woman named Tokime turns up as a Dopant target, the pair takes her in and investigates who is hunting her. A sequel to the Kamen Rider W tokusatsu series.
