My Hero Academia: Vigilantes

Set five years before the main series, Koichi Haimawari uses his Slide-and-Glide Quirk for small favors around the neighborhood—returning lost items, helping the elderly cross the street—with no interest in becoming a licensed hero. After he and street performer Kazuho Haneyama are attacked by thugs, the brawler Knuckleduster recruits them both to track a street drug called Trigger that supercharges Quirks at the cost of the user's sanity.
