Synopsis
Irene "Rally" Vincent runs the Gunsmith Cats gun shop in Chicago with her partner Minnie May Hopkins, working as bounty hunters on the side. Rally is a crack shot and skilled driver; Minnie May handles explosives. When ATF agent Bill Collins blackmails Rally into investigating an arms-smuggling ring, the two are pulled into a case involving corrupt officials and a ruthless former Spetsnaz operative. The three-episode OVA is a standalone story drawn from Kenichi Sonoda's manga.
