Synopsis
Framed by the Turk commander Tseng looking back on the Nibelheim incident, this OVA cuts between two flashbacks from the Final Fantasy VII backstory. In one, the SOLDIER hero Sephiroth and the young First Class Zack Fair investigate the Nibelheim Mako reactor; in the other, Zack and the infantryman Cloud Strife flee Shinra's pursuit. Released alongside the film Advent Children, it dramatizes events five years before the original game from the perspective of Shinra's operatives.
