This OVA accompanies Say "I Love You.", in which loner Mei Tachibana starts dating popular Yamato Kurosawa after he steps in to protect her. While Mei and her friends bake cookies at her house, Yamato's childhood friend Kai Takemura looks back on how the two boys grew up. On his way home Kai runs into Megumi at a bus stop and gets nowhere trying to talk to her. It plays as supplementary side material to the main couple's romance.
