Synopsis
In a Tokyo where humans and fading yokai share Shinjuku, Otoha takes up the mantle of Karas, a guardian bound by contract to the will of the city. His predecessor, Eko, has decided humanity has corrupted the city and forges mikura, demons fused with machinery, to cleanse it. Otoha hunts the mikura through the streets while detectives of the Intervention Department, Minoru Sagisaka and Narumi Kure, work the cases from the human side. The story runs as a six-part OVA.
