Sakura Hagiwara is the center vocalist of the idol group Sweet Diva when a promotional visit lands her and her groupmate Elena Miyazawa at the Berserk women's pro-wrestling stable. After Elena calls wrestling easy, the wrestler Rio Kazama crushes her in the ring, and Sakura steps in to answer for it. The brutal beating Sakura takes pulls her into training as a wrestler herself, splitting her life between the stage and the ring as she takes loss after loss trying to make it in Berserk.
