Kakeru Kurosawa is a withdrawn junior-high student who keeps to himself and quietly judges his classmates, while indulging a secret habit in an unused girls' bathroom after school. When he learns that the timid Aya Kitahara is being tormented by two popular classmates, she discovers his secret and forces him to take revenge on her behalf. What starts as a crude blackmail arrangement pulls Kakeru out of his isolation and into the messy consequences of the people he chooses to punish.
