Hachimitsu Academy, a formerly girls-only school in Tokyo, has just admitted its first five male students, leaving Kiyoshi Fujino and four classmates as the only boys among more than a thousand girls. Caught peeping on the bathing area, the five are sentenced by the academy's brutal Underground Student Council to a stint in the campus's on-site prison block. Under the watch of council vice-president Meiko Shiraki, the boys scheme escapes, romances, and small rebellions while serving their absurd sentence.
