Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun

Nene Yashiro, a first-year at Kamome Academy who loves occult rumors and badly wants a boyfriend, summons Hanako-san, the school's famous seventh wonder said to grant wishes from a bathroom stall. The spirit turns out to be a boy, Hanako, not the girl the legends describe. After a wish goes wrong, Nene ends up bound to him as his assistant, helping him keep order among the academy's supernatural rumors and the spirits tied to them.
