Natsuo Fujii is quietly in love with his teacher, Hina Tachibana. Trying to move past it, he attends a mixer and meets Rui Tachibana, a blunt classmate who asks him for a no-strings encounter just to know what it feels like. Soon after, Natsuo's widowed father announces he is remarrying — and his new wife's two daughters turn out to be Hina and Rui, who move in under the same roof. Natsuo now lives with both the teacher he pines for and the girl he slept with.
