Nasa Yuzaki, a top-of-his-class teenager, is struck by a truck on a snowy night after stopping to stare at a girl across the road, and the same girl pulls him to safety. When he chases after her to confess, she agrees to date him on one condition: that they marry first. She vanishes before he can learn more, only to reappear at his door on his eighteenth birthday with a marriage registration in hand. Her name is Tsukasa, and the story follows the two newlyweds building an ordinary married life around a wife whose past Nasa knows almost nothing about.
