A group of fans of the cell-phone game Rabbit Doubt — where players must root out the hidden wolf among the rabbits before it picks them off — agree to meet in person. Yū Aikawa and the others are knocked out and wake in an abandoned psychiatric hospital wired with security cameras, one of their number already dead. To survive, the survivors must play Rabbit Doubt for real, hunting the liar among them while a barcode tattooed on each of them hints at who controls the building.
