Haruna Nagashima spent middle school devoted entirely to softball, and now that high school has started she sets herself a brand-new goal: to fall in love and land a boyfriend. The trouble is she knows nothing about fashion, trends, or flirting. She corners Yoh Komiyama, a popular and good-looking upperclassman, and begs him to coach her into someone attractive, and he reluctantly agrees on one condition: she is forbidden from falling for him.
