Romio Inuzuka leads the Black Doggy first-years at Dahlia Academy, a boarding school split between students of the Nation of Towa and the Principality of West and sorted into the rival Black Doggy and White Cat dorms. He has been quietly in love with his sworn enemy across that divide: Juliet Persia, who heads the White Cat first-years. He finally resolves to confess, knowing a romance between the two factions' leaders would have to stay secret.
