At Dahlia Academy, a boarding school split between students of the Nation of Towa and the Principality of West, first-years are sorted into the rival Black Doggy and White Cat dorms. Romio Inuzuka, leader of the Black Doggy first-years, has been quietly in love with his sworn enemy across the divide: Juliet Persia, who heads the White Cat first-years. He finally resolves to confess, knowing a romance between the two factions' leaders would have to stay secret.
