Inuyashiki

Ichirou Inuyashiki is a worn-out 58-year-old salaryman, ignored by his family and newly diagnosed with terminal cancer, when a blinding crash in a park leaves him rebuilt as a weapon-laden machine in a human shell. He turns his new body toward healing the sick and protecting strangers. But a teenager caught in the same blast, Hiro Shishigami, wakes with identical powers and a coldly different idea of what to do with them.
