Jo Ja-hyun — known as Jay — is a top student and class president whose reserved front hides a gift for cycling. When classmate Yoon Minu spots his talent and pushes him to join a street-riding crew, Jay turns it down at first, then takes up a race that drops him into Seoul's competitive bike scene. As he rides with the crew, the boy who only ever excelled on paper starts finding a place among riders who measure each other by what they can do on two wheels.
