Synopsis
Natsuru Nanao is an eleven-year-old who would rather play soccer than deal with his new summer-camp coach. After he rescues an abandoned kitten he cannot keep at home, a tall, reserved classmate named Rio Suzumura agrees to take it in for a fee. Visiting her house, Natsuru discovers that Rio and her younger brother Yuta are quietly living on their own, a secret she is desperate to protect — and the two children spend a summer keeping it together.
