あずまんが大王

Chiyo Mihama is a ten-year-old prodigy skipped five grades ahead into an ordinary Japanese high school, where she works to fit in with classmates five years older. Around her gather the spacey, slow-talking Ayumu 'Osaka' Kasuga, the easily exasperated Yomi, the loud and clueless Tomo, the quiet and animal-loving Sakaki, and the athletic Kagura. Four-panel gags carry their three years of classes, culture festivals, and summer trips, with the eccentric teachers Yukari Tanizaki and Minamo 'Nyamo' Kurosawa never far away.
