Synopsis
Seiichi Kirishima, a failed novelist whose career and marriage have collapsed, lures his wife Miki to a remote southern island intending to kill her there. When his attempt unravels and Miki flees, he chases her into a pitch-black cave and finds himself trapped underground, stalked by a flesh-eating thing that lives in the dark.
