Kogarashi Fuyuzora, a homeless high schooler with enough spirit power to attract ghosts wherever he goes, finally finds rent he can afford at Yuragi-sou, a former hot-springs inn turned boarding house. The catch is the resident ghost: Yuuna Yunohana, a girl who remembers her name and little else. Kogarashi could exorcise her and live there free, but takes pity instead and agrees to help find the regret keeping her here, while the inn's other tenants turn out to carry supernatural quirks of their own.
