Late one night, college student Kazuki Naitou takes out the trash and finds a girl in Gothic Lolita clothing crouched by the garbage. She asks him a single question: does he have a little sister? What follows is an urban-legend horror: the girl trails him home, lets herself into his apartment, and insists she is his little sister. As she fixes on him and on his real sister, Kazuki tries to work out what she is and how to make her go away before she replaces the family he has.
