Late one night, college student Kazuki Naitou takes out the trash and meets a girl in Gothic Lolita clothing crouched by the garbage, who asks him a single question: "Do you have a little sister?" The encounter unleashes an urban-legend horror — the girl follows him home, lets herself into his apartment, and insists she is his little sister. As she fixes on him and his real sister, Kazuki tries to uncover what she is and how to make her go away before she replaces the family he has.
